   Where is Maderperla Sandals based?

Madreperla Sandals is based in the United Arab Emirates capital city of Abu Dhabi, where our CEO also lives. Her vision was to bring a part of Italy to the Eastern world where she felt a sense of belonging, and the real ‘Made in Italy’ is cherished and appreciated.

The UAE is home to an incredible sense of style & fashion where all which is ‘beautiful’ is celebrated. It is of no surprise that we established our base here! 

Our products and packaging are handcrafted in Italy without the use of any heavy machinery. We try to be as sustainable with our trade as possible, and as guarantee of where our leather comes from you will receive the 'Cuoio di Toscana' authenticity certificate enclosed in Madreperla's vintage hat-box. Madreperla's signature hat-box is our luxurious packaging made in luscious maroon cotton - all the way from Milan to your door.

   Which currencies can I shop in?

The shop default currency on Madreperla Sandals website is AED Dirhams, however our prices can be converted and shown in all the majour currencies.


     Which payment methods do you accept?

We accepts all main credit card providers (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard/Maestro).


    Do I need an account to place an order?  

Account creation is not necessary, all we need is your email address to send out the order confirmation & order tracking number.

However - we would love for you to register a personal account with us to receive future advantages, including discounts, seasonal promotions and much more.

     Where do you ship?

We ship wherever you are! Madreperla Sandals offers worldwide shipping.

 

     Is shipping included in the price?

Yes, currently all our prices are inclusive of shipping costs.

   Can I change or cancel my order?

We are unable to make changes after an order has been shipped, but we will try to accommodate your request in case your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse yet.
