Madreperla's philosophy of being unique while respecting the environment minimising waste, reflects upon the fact that our collections are made in relatively small batches.


We deliver worldwide through Express parcel service via DHL and UPS. 


Order cancellation: Orders can be cancelled only before shipping. Once shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to proceed with the cancellation. For assistance please contact us through the Whatsapp button below. We are available 24/7 to assist you.


  Shipping fees, Tax & Duties

Our shipping policy is as follows:

- Free shipping within the United Arab Emirates

- Free shipping worldwide (Middle East, Europe, USA & Americas) for orders above $190.00 through Express delivery service via DHL and UPS


  Return policy

Madreperla honours return requests made within 14 days after receiving your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange.

We are happy to accept returns of products that have not been worn and are undamaged with no sign of use.

We will not be able to accept any returns of customized items or items on sale.


Returns will need to be packaged in the same box received upon delivery with no signs of damage in order for your return to be successful. Please keep all tags attached. The box will have to be placed inside the delivery carton in which it was originally received, securely sealed with adhesive tape.

You will be requested to pay for the return delivery fees and any other custom-related fees that may occur. 


The item refund will be processed within 7 working days upon arrival at our warehouse towards the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.



   Exchanges

Madreperla honours exchange requests made within 14 days after receiving your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange.

We won’t be able to accept exchange requests of customized items or items on sale.
